Q.01What is Talentrail?
A sourcing assistant for recruiting agencies that works inside Claude. Recruiters describe who they need, and Talentrail finds candidates, scores them against the brief, drafts the first message and keeps a shared record of who the team contacted.
Q.02Do we need to install anything?
No. Each recruiter adds your agency's private link as a connector in Claude and picks their name. The first person to connect also adds your agency's data API key, once for the whole team. You'll need a Claude plan that supports custom connectors.
Q.03Where does the candidate data come from?
From a professional profile data provider, through your agency's own data account and API key. Searches and lookups are billed to that account, and Talentrail shows the cost of each one.
Q.04Does it send messages for us?
Never. Talentrail drafts messages and your recruiters send them. It doesn't message, connect with or follow anyone.
Q.05Which languages can drafts be in?
Any language Claude writes well, including Romanian, English, German and French. Templates can be written in one language and drafted in another.
Q.06How do you handle privacy and removal requests?
When a candidate asks to be removed, one request deletes everything your agency holds about them and adds them to a do-not-source list, so they never appear in a search again. The list keeps only a coded fingerprint, never their name. API keys are stored encrypted, and deleted data is overwritten on disk.
Q.07Can other agencies see our data?
No. Every agency has its own private link, and projects, candidates, templates and history are fully separated. Inside your agency, the team shares one workspace so nobody gets contacted twice.
